Kidney Infection HELP!!!!

So four days ago I realize I wasn’t feeling well and I went to the doctor and I had a fever of 103 I was shaking and I couldn’t keep any food down and they found out I have a kidney infection. I haven’t eaten in four days I’m so weak I can’t keep anything down everything hurts my body hurts my back hurts my head hurts and I have two kids to take care of any one know I can do for the nausea they gave me anabiotic’s for the infection and Zofran for the nausea but the Zofran doesn’t work any tips
