I want to unfriend in laws

Would it be childish of me to unfriend my husbands family on facebook? My husband tells me he doesn't care. I only keep people on there I actually know, not just know of. His family has shown that they don't give any care about us or son. I mean my MIL will comment on a picture I post about how much she loves and misses our child but that's it. She was just in town, which she doesn't live anywhere close to us. She lives in a different state. And she never once told us, never asked to see us or her grandson, nothing. When they moved they never made an effort to see us before hand either. They didn't even tell us when they were moving, we found out through facebook. They didnt come to our gender reveal for our second child back in may, when they still lived close to us. Instead she told my husband we could just tell her over the phone.

There's just so much shit with them that I just don't even want the negative energy anymore. I don't want them seeing our every move, and seeing our child grow through pictures if they aren't even going to be part of it. I honestly feel like they don't deserve it. So would it be childish of me to unfriend them?
