Headaches

I've been having really bad headaches every morning when I wake up and it will last throughout the day. It's a severe pain on one side of my head followed by a stiff pain in the back of my neck. I've been trying to get in touch with my doctor ALL MORNING but so far no response. I was wondering if any of you ladies have been having the same or similar problems during your pregnancy and if so, what would be a safe over the counter medicine to take during my pregnancy. I'm currently 12 week's and 3 day's. Something needs to be done I'm starting to freak out because I'm worried about my baby now 😥😥😥
