Could someone help me write a successful Financial Aid Appeal

I have to appeal my financial aid, I’ve appealed before when my dad died. So this is my second appeal. I got sick 2 weeks after the semester starting. I had back to back UTI and kidney infections. I started feeling light headed, loss of appetite, feeling like I was going to pass out whenever I stood. I was on bedrest from my job because I couldn’t stand for long for two months & I would have intense migraines. Over time it got worse. I started breaking out in hives. I went back to the doctor and they said I was immune to the antibiotics that’s why it was getting worse, having a reaction to the medicine (the hives) and it was raising my blood pressure. I’m off the medicine now and in the clear. I passed all my classes but one, I emailed my teachers they said it was okay and that I could catch back up, I was still doing assignments but being at the doctor and being fatigued I would miss some. One teacher told me there was no excuse after emailed her my medical records.
