Doctor couldn’t see baby

I am 5 weeks 4 days today, I went in to get checked out because I have had some cramping and fever ...

During the ultrasound he said he did not see the baby or whatever it is they’re supposed to see.

He won blood work and now I am waiting for results to see if ectopic pregnancy is a possibility...

I am freaking out and extremely sad, I can’t stop crying.

Had anyone else not been able to see their baby in the 5 week mark? To give me some hope 😪
