First time TTC and few symptoms of PMS

Hi there all. Is there anyone having similar problems like me? I have been trying for almost a year now. All reports are normal of both of us. Doctor prescribed me clomid this time for 3 cycles. I have few period issues since the day i got them.

I have regular period cycle with the variation of 2 - 3 days. I always have terrible period cramps, backache and bloating symptoms every period cycle.

I also feel sharp shooting pain on my gutt area some time, before period or mid cycles. It lasts only for few seconds or less than a minute. Its a kind of rectal pain which i cannot find out the exact area. Its started happening from last one year. One night it was so extreme, i had feeling that i may have to run ER or i die.

I have headaches too. Lived high stressful life from childhood. PTSD, Depression and anxiety diagnosed two years ago.

Always have had poor immune system.

Had lymph node surgery 6 years ago.

I have had bartholin cyst incision a year ago and tail bone cyst procedure few moth ago.

I think these all things have some kind of connection. I also started realizing that i may have endometriosis as per my recent research of rectal and period pain level. Please let me know if anyone have knowledge about my situation.
