Help!!!!

Glow predict i would ovovulate he 29th of july but i had three days where my opk were positive i had sex the day before i ovulated on the 28th of july also had sex on the day glow predict ovulation. I got stung by a wasp on the 29th had a bad allergic reaction they had to give me a steriod shot on the 29th. Would that affect my ovulation and chances of conceiving this month.
