Why does this always happen

Does anyone have any idea what this is and/or does this happen to anyone else? After ovulation, I always have cramps that lead up to my period. Nothing painful what so ever, but I always get it in both ovaries. It’s almost like very mild ovulation cramping. I feel it more some days more than others. I’m just confused. It’s only been happening since March. I usually feel it more in my right side than left and it only happens after I ovulate and normally I only ovulate from my left ovary. I’ve been to the doctor and they gave me an ultrasound and said both ovaries are healthy and my uterus is healthy.
