Qeustion

Today me and my boyfriend went to the mall walked around for a bit then went to the food court, i order then turn to him so we can go find a seat and i said i don't feel good i got so sweaty and hot could barely see everythint was fizzy then he helped me to nearest table i thiught i was going to pass out. I also have been having alot of cm that or leaking not sure in my panties. Thoughts?? Im also 21 weeks
