PCOS and pregnant

I recently found out that I’m pregnant and I’m 22 years and still in college and my boyfriend is 25 and working a good job. I found out that I was pregnant last Friday with our first child which was very shocking for me because I was told at 18 it would be hard for me to convince naturally. I also recently found that the thickness of my cervix is above normal and that it could be cancerist down the line if I don’t lose weight. When me and boyfriend started to have unprotected sex I told him that I’ll get an abortion but now with my health conditions I’m scared that this would be last chance. I’m worried that if I get the abortion I won’t be able to have kids because of my PCOS. Me and ex boyfriend before my current boyfriend have been trying for months and we simply couldn’t do it and the first time me and my current boyfriend have unprotected sex I get pregnant and he feels like it can happen again because it happen this time unexpectedly. I’m just lost and I’m 50/50 on what to do. Have anyone been through this or is battling with PCOS and got pregnant and had an abortion? I would just like simple information on what to do before I go speak to my doctor on Monday
