I’m 36 & 3- feel like walking a lot
I feel like walking and being active a lot. I don’t want to clean 😂. Is it ok to walk for an hour a day? I was at the gym until 20ish weeks then stopped so for 4 months I have only considered work my work out. Now that I am out of work- do you think this would be ok? I don’t want to speed up any processes because I’m not even full term
