Pregnancy Scare

Okay so last Friday me and my SO had sex with condom, but I always have my suspicions about getting pregnant and last night I had a dream that I found out I was but it was only a dream. Today me and my SO were about to go at it again but be we could the condom fell off and I was already scared so I ended it. Ladies should I get the morning after pill rn or ?? I'm just lowk scared always heeeelp
