Cutting Down on Pumping
Hello All!
Baby Girl is 8 months old and we officially have enough breast milk frozen to last us until her 1st birthday! It has been a LOOONG 8 months, but I am looking forward to not pumping.
I was pumping 4 times a day and cut down to 3 times a day back in June. Starting tomorrow I will drop down to 2 times a day.
Any advice / suggestions for making this go smoothly and painless? I am still pumping 30+ ounces a day.
