Rashes (need advice please)
So I get rashes A LOT on my neck and on my boobs, it’s becoming worse as the fact I am only 13 and have had these since birth, does anyone know what it’s from or have any solutions because it’s causing me to not go to pools with my friends because it freaks kids out someone please give me advice
