Tips on sleep training!

It’s so difficult sleep training my 4 month old.. she won’t take her nap unless I’m holding her! At night she sleeps great. It’s just during the day... and I feel like I’m not being very productive throughout the day.. 😩 I’m a first time & single mother. I’m just trying to figure out what would work best.

I also breastfeed. And she seems to just chill on the boob even if she’s not hungry.
