Do you wash your hands after using the restroom?

I just assumed this was a universal thing and everyone did, but the lack of soap and towels in other people's bathrooms is concerning me.
The people I babysit for have been out of soap in their bathroom for almost two weeks now. They have been to the store multiple times and still have not bought soap.
This past weekend, we went to my brother-in-law's house and there was not a hand towel to use. I can understand wanting to switch out the towels and put a clean one out, then forgetting to do so, but they never have a hand towel out when we are over there. 
This kind of stuff happens all the time though, at almost everyone's house that I visit. What do you do in these situations?

If I use someone’s bathroom and they don’t have hand soap, I’ll still “clean” my hands with hot water. Then I’d walk out, go to their kitchen, and use some of their dish detergent to wash my hands 😂

we use my kitchen sink to wash our hands & i lysol everything daily 🤷🏽‍♀️ also i dont put towels out we have paper towel in the kitchen 😂

I could not possibly walk out of a bathroom without washing my hands. I literally wash my hands so much. I even have to get up sometimes just to wash them 😂 weird I know. But rather be weird than dirty!

If I can't find soap I at least still rinse my hands with water and shake them out and dry them on my pants. Lol. I always keep 2 towels and soap in my bathroom though.

My husband rarely washes his hands at home but if we go anywhere he does. He says it builds immunity and I say it's disgusting. I do every time. I know people who will use the bathroom but wash their hands in the kitchen

My family has a bottle of soap that we just refill, maybe they're doing that? Maybe they have the same colour towels so when they put new ones out it still looks like the same towel? If not and they aren't washing their hands that's gross and unsanitary for sure.

I’m guilty of not having towels out. Have fun trying you hands on your pants at my house 😂 (but always have anti-bacterial soap)
