I need help ASAP

I had surgery to get my appendix out early Monday morning. I didn’t nurse for three days and did my best to pump but every time I did, I threw up which hurt my incisions so bad. My milk supply was so good until now and I don’t know how to get it back. I tried to nurse a little today but it was hard because he’s such a mover plus I don’t have much milk. 😔My sweet baby is only 8 months and I want to nurse him until he doesn’t want to anymore. I don’t want our journey to be over. What I can do? 😭
