How do you like your steak ?

Summer Grilling: so every Thursday during the summer at work, we have a mini cookout. This week, we decided on steak because they were on sale. We’re grilling the steaks and my CFO says, “Take them off, they’re done.” There was blood dripping everywhere, and they were only on for about 4 minutes. So my question is, how do you like your steak? I personally like mine medium well, but my CFO says, “Everyone likes steak medium rare.” These were FAR from medium rare and furthermore, that’s not everyone’s preference. His solution: tell them to put it in the microwave 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Ahhh!
