What would you do??

So my bf is going to college rn and normally rents a house with roommates but has not found a house yet.. my cousin who is a female is looking for a roommate and wants him to move in with her. They have met a couple times and she is in a relationship as well.. I feel like it would be a bit awkward since she is very open minded and like walking around her house in underwear.. I told my bf about it and he said he feels like it could be nice or bad.. idk what to think..
