TMI KNOT

I know I've posted about this before. I have a knot where my clitoral hood starts. It stings. I've had it before. There was no coloration. And it went away after about a month. This time, it's like the vein got pushed to the skin or something. Someone said the first time about a clogged gland, or a cyst. I KNOW I can see a Dr. I just want to know if someone has had anything like this before and what the Dr had said it was or what their experiences are. No STDS or anything either so let's role that out.
