My Before and After
And no... the fit picture is not my after lol
It might sound vain but the most difficult part of pregnancy for me has been watching my body change. I’m so thankful for all it’s done and all it’s still doing, but that doesn’t mean I’ve easily accepted the change. I’m due in 2 weeks and I am really needing to hear encouragement. I don’t need to hear “you’ll snap back quickly”, I need to hear how to give myself grace and allow my body to heal, no matter what it looks like.
Mom’s, what did you do postpartum to keep yourself from overdoing it so your body could heal BEFORE you jumped into working out. I don’t want to start to early and make recovery take longer but I’m struggling already with getting plans for postpartum fitness lined up and wanting to start them ASAP.
