Tummy Time

My LO is 14 weeks. He hates tummy time. We still do it but he gets frustrated and starts crying after 5 minutes. He’s really good at pushing his bum up and pushes his face across the tummy time mat but he won’t lift his head up. He’s holding his up while we hold him in a sitting position. But he has no interest in trying to lift it during tummy time. Any tips or tricks or ideas... anything to encourage him to lift his head. I’ve tried toys and talking to him. I’ve even put the tv on hoping he’d look up at it.

Any ideas or tips would be great!
