Lost my mucas plug- looked like a scab.

This morning I went to the bathroom and saw something floating in the bowl. It looked like a piece of shredded skin, like a scab but pink. I later on felt cramps that were like constipation but I have been pooping all day.

I called my Dr and they said to come in and get checked. They think the skin like thing was my mucas plug (or apart of it), apparently they can be more solid.

They check my cervix and I'm 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced (I finally learned what that meant).

Only 9 more inches to go! Sadly, it could still mean I have a long time to go. Every cervix dialates at its own speed.
