Normal swelling or not?

Okay ladies I need some advice. I’m on the fence about going to the hospital to get checked out but I’d like to hear some other opinions. I’m 35 1/2 weeks pregnant with being high risk for preeclampsia and my legs are staying super swollen to the point that it hurts. My husband was resting his hand on my leg and after about 10-ish mins he moved his hand and I could see his finger prints very clearly. Elevating hasn’t helped very much I’m still staying swollen.

This was the indent in my leg from resting it against the table leg for just a few mins. I went to L&D that evening and was induced due to preeclampsia

I had this as well and my legs actually weeped from swelling so much but it wasn’t until I threw protein in my urine and my BP spiked till they considered my symptoms serious. I hope they are watching you closely! Give them a call and see what they recommend.

I would go in... I had it and had a similar experience. Just to be on the safe side. If they send you home, buy a blood pressure monitor to use at home just to monitor your BP.

Do you have a way to check your BP at home?? Or maybe at a local store? If BP is high, I say go to L&D and get checked out.
