Baby #2 worse morning sickness?

Anyone experience significantly worse morning sickness with baby #2? 
Asking for a friend, she’s thinking it could be twins because she’s soooo much sicker this time around. Ultrasound isn’t for another week

Yes. My second I had much worse morning sickness, and before anyone asks, they are both girls.

I was super sick with my second before it ever showed on a test and had just 1. I told myself it had to be a girl because of how sick I was and i was right lol

My morning sickness with the first child  started at week 8 and lasted until week 13. It wasn't just morning sickness, it was all day sickness :D i wasn't vomiting, but dizzy and feeling like i will trow up soon all the time.
This time sickness appeared on week 4!  And again, the same scenario, all day sickness without throwing up. Two weeks passed and i feel better now. Hopefully, sicknesses is going away so soon! ;)

I had way worse morning sickness with my second than with my first and there’s only one baby in there! Every pregnancy is different. With my first i got sick once a day in the morning but felt totally fine for the rest of the day and could function normally, go to work, felt pretty good. With my second pregnancy Ive been throwing up at least once an hour around the clock and am still so sick and I’m 13 weeks now. She could have twins in there but it could also just be worse sickness with a single pregnancy.
