AF due today

Has anyone had really bad cramps and af never came instead got a BFP? I get af at 3am or 7 am every month it never fails and still nothing except these horrible cramps and a weird metallic taste in my mouth. I don’t wanna take a hpt yet since they have all been a BFN!
