Baby zantac

How do I ask Paediatrician that I want my baby to try Zantac. She has been spitting up after every feed. We changed the formula and it still didn’t work. The amount of spit up has gone up. She has got hoarse voice cuz of the spit up. Poor baby is so miserable. Is there any way I can convince her paediatrician to start my baby on Zantac. I have tried gripe water, gas drops and colic drops too. I have tried burping between feeds. Holding her at 60 degree angle for an hour. Nothing seems to work. Pls help.
