Open relationship topic

My boyfriend & i have been together for 6 years and recently strated being open to dating only women, and I’m bisexual so I would like to date other men as well, I know I like men a little better than women. Do you think this rule is fair since everyone is agreeing to the terms? Or is it unfair because it would make me happy dating both sexs . BTW its not only dating but making friends and we never lead ppl on it’s all honest between everyone. I just feel like that boundary isn’t fair, what do you guys think?
