2 year old not sleeping
What can I do to help my 2 year old sleep better ? For some reason for the past week she wakes up almost every hour crying . We haven’t changed any daily plans or sleeping arrangements no new medications . I go to school and work full time and she’s also in daycare Monday through Friday so I know she is feeling just as exhausted as I am. Somebody please help
