9dpo symptoms

I'm 9dpo and I'm having some symptoms that are not typical period symptoms for me. My breasts have been sore since like 4dpo, and I've been having lower back pain in the evenings. Also, my left nipple has been having these weird twinges, almost like a burning sensation, and when dh and I had sex yesterday, my cervix was super sensitive. I use a pregnancy test strip yesterday and it was negative, so it might be too early or I might just be overthinking my pms symptoms 🤷 anyone have similar symptoms?
