baby movement??

Most people say that at 14 weeks they feel like butterflies or bubbles that feels like a baby movement. I was laying down the other day and it felt like a fish flopping around inside of me. It only lasted for like a second and it didn’t happen again, and it was just when i was rubbing on my belly and talking to baby. Then it happened again like 2 days ago.. the same scenario laying down talking to the baby and i felt it. It definitely did not feel like butterflies or anything it felt like a fish flopping around. I’m still small for 14+5 i weigh 125 so idk. Could that be the baby moving??
