Could this be beginning of a period or still from miscarriage?

So i stopped completely bleeding on the 28th of July (a week ago) i just noticed i am now spotting again could this be still from miscarriage or the start of my period?

As you see in the photo i started spotting july 8th untill the 13th i had a big flow passing clots so im not sure if my miscarriage started once i started spotting or when i started passing everything with clots and big flow? Took a home test on the 30th it was a very faint positive i haven't had a dr appointment at all until the 12th of August so idk where my hcg levels are at right now
