TRAINING TIPS??

Recently began to excercise on the gym. Someone has any tips or advice? Please comment. I have done a lot of training and strength home before, but do you have any routines when going to the gym?

If you were wondering I want to build legs and get bigger thighs and glutes. Please let me know if you have any excersices that works and are effective. Thank you ;)
