What do y'all use to relieve the swelling and pain?

I went to the ER couple of days ago cause mine was bleeding bad for over 24 hours. The doctor prescribed me a foam but it cost $125 and there was no coupon on goodrx for it so I was not able to pick it up.

I am using tucks pads and hemorrhoid cream and it started bleeding again today.

I am not pushing when I poop ,i am drinking water..

Ugh my butt hurts :(

Im also 4 weeks pregnant.
