Possible cyst in leg crease?

Lately, I’ve been having some pain and itchiness in the crease of my right leg. A couple of days (possibly weeks), this cyst-looking bubble formed. It feels like a solid mass when you touch it or move it around. It has not been pudding or draining, that I am aware of. It is near the start of my lip, but mostly on my leg. Should I go to the doctor? What do you think it is? Has anybody had anything similar?
