Should i make it official?

So i’m a teenager, fun, and i’ve been talking to this guy and he is the sweetest person in the world but i don’t wanna make it official until homecoming but i think we’re both too excited to wait...should i go ahead and make it official or not?

Now before anybody says anything, my parents haven’t met him and all that so we haven’t seen each other of the summer except the other day when we ran into each other at the mall. So i don’t know 🤔
