7 week old-no sleep gang

Baby boy is 7 weeks old today, and the last few nights he has basically just refused sleep. Like he has his days and nights mixed up again. Is that even possible? We are doing the same routine..he doesn’t sleep all day. And I keep the house bright and very loud all day + dogs. And dark and more quiet with just dad snoring and a quiet sound machine at night. Y’all I’m struggling hardddd. We slept maybe 4 hours last night. And it’s currently midnight and I’ve been trying to get the child to sleep since 9:30.
