My anxiety used to be just social, now I think it’s changed to generalized. My current new thing is anxiety attacks that can lead to panic attacks.. so that’s fun

Health anxiety, social anxiety and generalized anxiety disorder with panic attacks! It's terrible suffering on the daily, and even worse when people try to make you feel dumb for worrying too much!! It's not like people choose or want to feel this way?!! Ignorance is terrible, wish more people would sympathize and realize no one wants to live this way! Yes it's a big deal to us and we sometimes just want to heard and not judged and most of all loved and even hugged when we're having high anxiety!! 🤍 To all of us suffering. 🕊️
