Feeling shaky while running
About 20 minutes into my run this morning, I started to feel shaky, like my blood sugar was low. I stopped and walked for a while and felt a lot better. I’m 17 weeks right now and this is the second time it has happened to me while pregnant. I did eat breakfast (Cheerios) about an hour before I went for a run both times it’s happened, which is what I usually eat and have been fine on plenty of other runs.
Any thoughts on why? I’ve always been a little hypoglycemic pre-pregnancy, so I usually eat smaller portions more frequently, but it just seems odd that I’ve felt this way a couple times at random. I see my doctor next week so I’ll ask her if course, but wanted to see if y’all had any insight!
