BM TMI please help
I’m 3w pp and EBF, I’ve been having trouble going number 2. I’ve been taking stool softener, but today it seems like there’s a big hard BM that doesn’t want to come out. I push and it doesn’t move, it’s like a bowling ball in my butt. What else can I do to get this out of me. I’ve taken stool softener already, i dont know what else to do. Please help
