Cramping several days after ovulation?
I didn’t quite confirm ovulation this month but am confident I’m about 7-8 days passed. I have been cramping in my lower back and abdominal area all day and the pain is very bothersome and has had me nauseous feeling all day. Is this anything to worry about ya think? The pain has literally drained me today.
