Vaginal sores

I recently was told that Apple cider vinegar is good for the vagina & that it basically cleans it out so i decided to try for myself BUT instead of taking a bath in it. I mixed apple cider and water & poured it on the inside of my vagina. I also dipped a tampon in there and inserted it into my vagina to let it sit for about an hour and then I removed it. The next day after that I noticed my vagina was very sore and tender I even noticed some small very little strands of blood on the toilet paper when I would wipe. Its now day 2 and the soreness is still there i finally decided to take a look inside of my vagina and there’s like red soreness & white spots. Any advice ???? It wasn’t there before I used the apple cider vinegar.
