Confused pls help!

Ok so me and my boyfriend had sex July 13 which clearly I was ovulating, on the 22 of July I started spotting TMI brown discharge or blood up until the 28 which was supposed to be the start of my period but was literally just spotting for 5 days until August 1 st which was the end of my not normal period then again today August 7th I’m spotting brown again.... has this ever happens to any of you if so what was the outcome? Also ive been having mild cramping with sore boobs I took a test today and it was negative
