Bites?

My 2 year old keeps getting these on him. He had some on his leg last week now he woke up with these on his arm. Does anyone have any idea what they could be??

Either mosquito bites, or something else. When there’s bites on elbows, or skin that’s exposed when they’re wearing daytime clothes, but no-where else, I find it’s most likely mosquito bites (or other insect bites) from the day before. We lived in a place with LOTS of mosquitos, and if I wasn’t careful, my daughter would come inside looking like she had some sort of plague!!
If you’re unsure, and you think something has gotten in the bed, try putting his bedding in black bin liners and leaving it in the sun all day; this kills pests, such as bedbugs. Check the mattress and hidden corners/creases in the bed for any little black dots/ bugs. If you see any, get professional help asap. 
To soothe the bites, sometimes a bit of nappy rash cream can help, if you don’t have anything specifically for bites. Calamine really helps with some, too.

Is there a bump? My son gets something that is similar looking and they are mosquito bites. They love his blood. My husband is the same way.
