Closet Ranting
Is closet ranting a thing? When I am home alone and I am upset, I will rant (out loud) as if someone is listening to me. Am I crazy for doing that? Bc I feel uncomfortable ranting to other ppl. Does anyone else do the same thing or am I just crazy?
