My brother and I are having a discussion about which comes first.
My dentist always cleans and then floss so idk

It doesn’t make sense to me to brush then floss. How is the toothpaste getting into all the nooks and crannies if they are all blocked up with gunk? You floss first, then brush, then mouthwash.

I saw this poll before. Everyone said floss then brush but both dentists I have been to always cleaned and then flossed at the end. I’m going to assume the dentists know best 🤣
