Anyone here have a similar experience?

I am on the pill. Have been since 6 weeks PP. I have however forgotten a few pills 💊 here and there but taken them the day after, sometimes two days after cause I can barely remember to do things. Anyway, my period week on the inactive pills ended almost two weeks ago. Now today, I am actively having another period. I am not sure what’s going on, but I’ve taken birth control before (only to have my period skipped) and have not had this issue. My concern would be that i am miscarrying? Or idk.
