How often should I pump?

So I nurse my baby while we are home but bring bottles when we go out.  Most days we are just home all day but I’ve managed to store a ton of breast milk in my deep freeze.  If I am exclusively breast feeding but only bottle feeding away from home how often should I be pumping? Should I be pumping every day?

I think you need to pump every time you miss a breastfeeding session. This way you don’t risk loosing your supply. 
For example if baby had 2 bottles that day while being out. You should pump 2 times that day.

Think about what you’ll be using the milk for. No use having a freezer full if you’re never going to use it. I say only pump when you miss a feed, unless you want the stash for a specific purpose - ie going back to work.

I’d personally try to pump a least once a day to keep your freezer stash up
