Lunch: bacon, egg & cheese bagel
Snack: Zucchini chips
Dinner: Crustless taco pie
Saturday:
Breakfast: blueberry pancake mug cake & a bulletproof coffee
Lunch: No-cook Bento lunchbox (3 slices of turkey; 2tbsp cream cheese; 1/2 bell pepper; 1/2 small cucumber; 1/4 cup blackberries; 1/4 cup of cheddar cubes; 1/4 cup hazelnuts)
Snack: Brownie
Dinner: meatball subs
Sunday:

Snack: zucchini chips
Dinner: Bacon cheeseburger casserole
Monday: almond strawberry smoothie & bulletproof coffee

It’s all in range of what I need to be eating, but do I have to change it because there’s not too many fruits and vegetables? Or is it ok?

I got all my ideas from these ^^ they all say “Keto”; “low carb” so now I’m just confused!! 😅
