I just recently started working in a nursing home. It’s the most disgusting place I’ve ever been in... it has roaches, they don’t clean properly, they break a lot of proper protocols that increases the risk of infection if not followed... they are having a scabies out break.. I was wondering should

I call the Health department, find a new job , then quit.. Or

find a new job, Quit, THEN call the health department..

I’m not sure if I even want to go back and start my second day because I don’t want to be in this disgusting facility.
